Earlier this we week we learned that the sandwich shop Jimmy John’s would be opening in a new location in Walnut Creek which garnered quite a few comments about not eating there due to being an “anti-worker company” whose founder, “trophy hunts endangered species”. There was also controversy when Chick-fil-A opened a few years ago in Walnut Creek due to their support of traditional marriage.
